The Air & Waste Management Association (AWMA) is a non-profit technical and educational organization with more than 16000 members in over 65 countries worldwide. The primary goal of the Association is "to promote a clean environment and provide leadership in the fields of air pollution control, environmental and waste management."

Canadian Bar Association -- Ontario 
CBA Ontario is the Ontario branch of the Canadian Bar Association, an association of lawyers. The CBA-Ontario web site has an environmental law section.

Canadian Environmental Auditing Association
CEAA is the association of environmental auditing practitioners, dedicated to furthering thedevelopment and practice of environmental auditing. The Canadian Environmental Auditing Association (CEAA) was founded in 1991.  

Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants
The CICA, together with the provincial and territorial institutes of chartered accountants, represents a membership of over 65,000 professional accountants and 8,500 students. The CICA conducts research into current business issues and sets accounting and auditing standards for business, not-for-profit organizations and government.

The Canadian Institute of Forestry / Institut Forestier du Canada (CIF/IFC) has been the national voice for forestry professionals since 1908. Our mission is to advance the stewardship of Canada's forest resources through leadership, professional competence and public awareness. Our membership includes foresters, forest technicians, educators, scientists and others with a professional interest in forestry. We work in government, industry, research, education and consulting and represent the largest professional voice for forestry in Canada. The Central Ontario Section is one of 22 sections across Canada.

Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists
OACETT is a non-profit, self-governing, professional association of approximately 20,000 members and a 42-year history of certification in Ontario. OACETT promotes the interests of engineering and applied science technicians and technologists in industry, educational institutions, the public and government.

Ontario Association for Impact Assessment
The OAIA is an interdisciplinary association concerned with assessment, management and mitigation of the adverse environmental and socio-economic impacts of human activity. The OAIA encourages dialogue among impact assessment stakeholders in Canada and abroad.

Ontario Association of Landscape Architects
The Ontario Association of Landscape Architects (OALA) is a self-regulating professional association. The Association, with headquarters in Toronto, administers the Ontario Association of Landscape Architects Act, 1984, which includes responsibility for:
* regulating professional standards
* accreditation for the profession
* maintaining and improving the examining process
* approving educational and professional development standards

The goal of the Association is the improvement, advancement and promotion of the profession of landscape architecture. The Association maintains standards of professional practice and conduct
to serve and protect the public interest.

Ontario Federation of Agriculture: For over six decades, the OFA has dedicated itself to advocating on behalf of Ontario farmers. Our mission is to improve the economic and social well-being of farmers in cooperation with county, commodity and rural farm groups.

Ontario Forestry Association
The Ontario Forestry Association is a non-profit, registered charity dedicated to raising awareness and understanding of all aspects of Ontario's forests and developing a commitment to forest conservation. Activities include forestry information and education programs on forest wildfire prevention (Smokey Bear), private woodlands, Trees Ontario, Project Tree Cover, National Forest Week, the Honour Roll of Ontario Trees, Arbor Week, Envirothon and others.

Ontario Golf Superintendents' Association
The Ontario Golf Superintendents' Association is an Association made up of Golf Course Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, golf course suppliers, owners and architects. The O.G.S.A. was formed in 1924 to benefit the Superintendent in Ontario. Its' main purpose is to provide up-to-date information on the needs and problems facing the Superintendent and to elevate the status of the profession to benefit all members.

Ontario Institute of Agrologists

Ontario Medical Association 
The Ontario Medical Association represents the political, clinical and economic interests of the province's medical profession. Practising physicians, residents, and students enrolled in any of the five Ontario faculties of medicine are eligible for membership in the OMA.

Ontario Professional Foresters Association 
The objectives of the Ontario Professional Foresters Association (OPFA) are to promote and increase the knowledge, skill and proficiency of its members in all things related to forestry and to regulate the practice of professional forestry among its members. 

Ontario Professional Planners Institute
The Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI) represents Ontario's professional planning community, and is the only organization that brings all Ontario planners together. OPPI is a nonprofit Ontario corporation, funded entirely by membership fees and program and activity revenues.

Ontario Society for Environmental Education 
OSEE is an organization for environmental educators, students, parents, and other
persons who are dedicated to the promotion and improvement of environmental education.

Ontario Society for Environmental Management
The Ontario Society for Environmental Management (OSEM) has been representing environmental professionals and practitioners in Ontario since 1976.  OSEM is made up of a diverse group of practitioners, professionals and students offering mutual support for a
high standard of professional competence.  OSEM's members work in the public and private sectors, academia and consulting.  

Ontario Soil and Crop Improvement Association 
The Ontario Soil and Crop Improvement Association (OSCIA), founded in 1939, is a unique non-profit farm organization that promotes the communication and facilitation of responsible economic management of soil, water, crops and air.

WEAO is an organization of technical and professional individuals dedicated to the preservation and enhancement of Ontario's water environment.

Workers Health and Safety Centre 
The Workers Health & Safety Centre was established by the Ontario Federation of Labour in 1979. The Workers Centre is still the only worker-driven health and safety delivery organization in the province of Ontario
